Featured Review

Former Employee - Dispatcher/Router

I worked at Waste Management full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I really enjoyed my time while working at Waste Management. The employees really care about going above and beyond for the customer, and it shows. And the supervisors/managers all work together so... that everything runs seamlessly. The insurance and benefits plans are phenomenal. I would definitely recommend applying to anyone that is thinking about it!

Cons

It can get repetitive occasionally, but so does every other job.

Advice to Management

None.

"Growing Company"Oct 11, 2019

Current Employee - Technical Services Manager

I have been working at Heritage Environmental Services full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Immediate growth opportunities, company is also growing.

Cons

Very corporate minded at time.

Advice to Management

Spread the wealth. Not just bonuses, but also the day to day. Look at Indianapolis' facilities compared to the other service centers.
