Featured Review

Former Employee - Dispatcher/Router

I worked at Waste Management full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I really enjoyed my time while working at Waste Management. The employees really care about going above and beyond for the customer, and it shows. And the supervisors/managers all work together so... that everything runs seamlessly. The insurance and benefits plans are phenomenal. I would definitely recommend applying to anyone that is thinking about it!

Cons

It can get repetitive occasionally, but so does every other job.

Advice to Management

None.

Former Contractor - Staff Attorney

I worked at State of Illinois for more than a year

Pros

Lots of good benefits (if you are salaried), low-stress work environment

Cons

Lower pay than in private practice, high turnover due to political changes/control
