Current Employee - Teller

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time

Pros

Great benefits, everyone is friendly and nice to each other. 401 k match is great.

Cons

non really they are really nice people and applying for new positions is easy.

Advice to Management

let people apply for new position if you see they mastered another position already

Current Employee - Associate

I have been working at Marcus & Millichap full-time for more than a year

Pros

-There is new management in this office which has sparked strong positive change. -Great training, which can't be found in any other brokerage that is tailored around the skills you use as a broker.... -Culture of hard work ethic -Great senior agents who are well respected in town and get deals done -Friendly, collaborative culture -Ability to make six figures if you put in the work -You have freedom. No one is telling you when to arrive and leave the office, or how to use your time. You decide what is going to elevate your business and you carry it out (this is what makes some unable to thrive in this environment, you need to be self-driven, no one will hold your hand and guide you through to the end)

Cons

-Not for lazy people. You only make it to earn a good salary if you put in the work -If you're afraid of putting yourself out there and making a lot of calls/grinding, don't waste your time. If... you're going to accept that it takes time to build a pipeline and actually have people to sell real estate for and to, then hop aboard, you are welcome here!

Advice to Management

Keep up what you're doing. The office's culture is growing stronger each month. Recruits are great. I feel well supported to succeed.
