I have been working at Evans Transportation Services full-time for more than 8 years
Over the past three years Evans has provided it’s employees with so many opportunities to grow in their career. I am so thankful to work for a business that is nearly forty years old, but continues... to do more for its employees and for those less fortunate throughout the world. During Covid, we were all uncertain of what was going to happen, but our direct management and leadership did an excellent job communicating and making nimble adjustments during a volatile time. I would encourage anyone who is willing to put the work in at a fast paced environment to join Evans. The company is growing faster than ever and new opportunities continue to present themselves.
Recent high growth numbers makes things challenging at times, but we are supported during the good and difficulties.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing and giving back to your team.
