Pros

Friendly, helpful, caring, not high stress. If help is needed just ask and you will get it. HR is great. All atound great company

Cons

A bit disorganized at times, some things are more important than others one day and the next they are forgotten about

Pros

Marshalls has great management at the store I work at. Everyone is treated fairly and pushed to strive harder everyday! Managers are flexible with students as well!

Cons

Pay can be considered low; its minimum wage. It can get boring and slow and non-challenging at times.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and remain receptive!
