Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Wheeler Clinic full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Well run organization, very on top of following regulations, always expanding

Cons

Experience can very from program to program based on who is supervising

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Community Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Satisfying work with great coworkers, the communities we serve. Youth and I fully recommend CSI. the youth and Adult clients make it worth while. Management has changed in the past two-three years.... Like every job there's ups and downs. When your down they help you get back up.

Cons

A lot of employees gossip more than anything. But that's human nature. low pay but guess what. its non-profit we know what were getting into so move on if that's all you care about.

Advice to Management

Staff need to stop nit picking on the little things and focus on what the mission is and why we are all working together in this non-profit.
