Current Employee - Recruitment Specialist

I have been working at University of Central Oklahoma full-time for less than a year

Pros

Work-Life Balance, Benefits, Culture - The Work life balance is the number one reason to work here along with the Culture. You receive 15 days of vacation along with all of the holidays that the... university is closed. All in all its 6 plus weeks of time off. It's also really rewarding to come to work knowing that you are serving students who are seeking an education. It's the best kind of mission to work towards.
