As a software developer, you will have a very large impact. You will probably go beyond just writing internal tools, and your code will be used outside of the company. The features you get to work on... are some of the most interesting. As a UI developer, you will work on really fun and interesting features, such as drag-and-drop and heavy-duty engineering that involves loading data in chunks from the server. You will also get a chance to work on every single layer of the system, from the database layer to the web-service layer to the UI layer. I have worked at top-notch companies, including Google, and the projects I got at this company are by for that most interesting. In addition, you will be somewhat well-versed in the financial industry by just working there. I can't comment on those who have had negative experiences there as they worked in different departments. But in terms of the software development work, you can really work on some interesting stuff that will actually want to make you work more hours.
The senior management is extremely frugal (aka stingy) in terms of any kind of spending. This goes for salaries. The more money upper-management saves, the more they become rewarded. Therefore, you... really need to take initiative to make sure you are paid what you are worth. Most people who get raises ask for them (in the right way of course).
Advice to Management
Make sure that those who actually contribute get rewarded. Implement a data-driven approach towards rewarding those that deserve it. If you look very deeply at what was accomplished by each... individual, you may be surprised to learn who actually contributes a lot, and who doesn't.

It is a very good agency that is filled with very talented people all the way through the organization. Overall the company continues to grow and clients are really growing as well. The agency has... really demonstrated that they are committed to both the employees and the clients in my opinion. I am so happy to be there.
No cons at this time. I will say that the company demands you always go above and beyond for the clients. You need to always be ready to give more and do more. I like that is never boring and always... busy.
Advice to Management
No advice. I can not wait to all be under one roof again.
