"Good Company"Sep 26, 2019

Former Employee - Account Executive

I worked at Windstream full-time for less than a year

Pros

Excellent pay, benefits, work environment.

Cons

Office was prematurely downsized unfortunately.

"Horrible company"Dec 30, 2015

Former Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I worked at AmeriCom Automation Services

Pros

It was a paycheck when they could afford to pay us. Compensation was fair but doesn't do any good when you have to wait for your paycheck an extra week or two.

Cons

Missed payroll regularly. Couldn't purchase parts and materials to get our jobs done. Inexperienced managers. Never paid vendors and subcontract company. We always had to make excuses to our... customers as to why we couldn't get their work completed because of a lack of parts and materials. Operates on a shoe string. Worst company I ever worked for. Only gave 1 star because there is no option for negative 1.

Advice to Management

Stop spending money traveling and partying and take care of your business and your people first.
