Former Employee - Sales Associate

I worked at Wireless Advocates part-time for more than a year

Pros

-The hours were very flexible. -Pay was good for work involved. -Didn’t feel over managed.

Cons

-You have to stand up while working.

Advice to Management

Doing customer reports about what we did that day was useless especially with a commission structure job.

Current Employee - Marketing

I have been working at VidOvation full-time for more than a year

Pros

I have been working at VidOvation for more than two years. I was fresh out of business school and eager to learn. VidOvation provided me extensive training in the areas of sales and marketing. I... learned all the latest techniques and strategies for inbound and outbound digital marketing. I was also put through sales training to help the sales team prospect for opportunities. VidOvation is an excellent company with opportunities for growth and advancement in your career.

Cons

VidOvation is a fast-paced environment which requires an Entrperial and self-starter attitude. You will receive excellent training and guidance without micro-management. If you need a high level of... supervision, this may not be the right company for you.
