Featured Review

Current Employee - Customer Account Manager

I have been working at Woodward full-time

Pros

Great company with commitment to growth and technology

Cons

Micromanagement causes significant inefficiencies and lack of growth

Former Employee - Design Engineer

I worked at Greenlee Tools full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

-Great company culture of innovation and improvement -Lots of collaboration within the company -If you do well, there are opportunities for advancement -Good work life balance -Good benefits and... salary -The people there are great in terms of personality, work ethic, and communication

Cons

-Ever since the acquisition by Emerson, the company culture is changing a little bit and the transition has been burden on the company.

Advice to Management

Overall I think the management has done a pretty good job of listening to their direct reports and sharing the company vision. All I suggest is that they continue to listen to the "boots on the... ground" before making wholesale company decisions.
