Having worked at one of the companies prior to our challenging merger of two very successful companies my experience at UKG continues to be very positive. Every company has their faults, missteps and... areas of opportunity to improve. For me the most telling aspect of working at UKG is that we strive to become a better company and to model the ideals that we choose to represent to our employees and our customers. I believe that we have a great culture and have created a fantastic place of opportunity for all employees and it's very easy for me to say that I am proud to work at UKG
