I have been working at Wunderkind full-time for more than 3 years
I was a little shocked by some of the recent negative reviews, but then noticed they were all former employees. The folks that are with the company today are so committed to working together to... making each other’s days positive. The product release clip has never been better (and of course can still improve) and the current CTO is excellent. It’s been a sea change. I’ve been so impressed by how much the company came together during COVID, for each other and for our clients. I love working with my teammates across departments.
The CEO is pretty extra, but harmless. Personally, I think most founders are a little odd. You have to be to believe your own hype and build something. I’ve worked with others founders that are toxic... and mean. That’s not the case here. He’s a character but it is what it is.

- Maturing company, with increasing process burden. No longer for someone looking for a startup experience.

Keep the good work and as strategy evolves make sure the whole company is aligned and not distracted
