I have been working at XTRA Lease full-time for more than a year

Pros

Xtra supplies movers that complete a full move : packing, loading, unloading into the rooms in your new place. Nothing is out of pocket for the employee and there is consistent follow up from HR on... how the process is going. Xtra helps pay old and new rent, closing of your house, and more.

Cons

I do believe their could be a little more money given to employees for moving to a different state for miscellaneous reasons . There are some costs that are more expensive than some may think - i.e.... licensing and registration in new states.

Keep providing a wonderful experience for your employees!

Pros

Account responsibility to engineer, implement and operate a cost-effective transportation solution for various products. Responsibilities include: • Develop contracts to provide a cost effective... shipping solution • Set up shipment schedule for both outbound and inbound freight • Monitor shipment schedule to ensure on delivery of product • Coordinate with 3rd party shippers when need to ensure on time delivery. • Work directly with transportation team to ensure safe and on time delivery is met. • Responsible for account charges and billings.

Cons

With my sales and orthopedic background I believe I am not utilizing my talents. I have a strong personality that allows me to make long lasting realtionships with people, and with my current... position it isn't being utlized.
