Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at XanGo full-time

Pros

The culture was awesome! The Executive Team really worked hard to make XANGO unique and a great place to work. They always had the employees in mind when they were making decisions.

Cons

Unfortunately, there were many layoffs during my time at XANGO.

Advice to Management

Keep the XANGO culture no matter what!

Current Employee - Paralegal

I have been working at Modere full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

I have many years of work experience under my belt but Modere has been my longest employment. I've been with the company over 15 years. After coming to this company, I made a conscious decision to... make it my work career/profession. It is far more than just a job. The vision and competence of management, the work environment, quality of co-workers and very high ranking of employee appreciation is something I've not experienced at this level before, and I've even worked for former Fortune 100 companies in the past. I love this job and find it a pleasure to come here and be part of a winning team!!!

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any. Well, maybe a recliner at my desk, hmmmm...lol

Advice to Management

Keep on keeping up. I've never been more proud of a company and the direction it is going.
