Pros

Excellent managers and team members. Everyone is willing to help you without any personal gain.

Cons

It’ll be hard to work for another company if you leave

Consider changing the number of days of being “in the field” so employees can have 2 administrative days to complete company tasks

Pros

Loved the mentoring I received and the opportunities I was given to experience many parts of the company. Also really liked working in the open office space

Cons

None to speak of. The company could MAYBE use a bit of a better snack selection in the kitchens, but I'm splitting hairs here.
