Featured Review

Former Employee - Counselor In Training

I worked at YMCA part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Schedules are very flexible, considering you aren't being paid.

Cons

Wish I could have been paid for all the hard work that I put in.

Advice to Management

I feel it would be better if the counselors of the group allowed their CiTs to help more often instead of acting as if they were another kid to be watched.

"Paralegal"Sep 7, 2017

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Family Design Resources full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

This is a great gig for a paralegal. You get to help children and families, rather than help lawyers make more money!

Cons

There is not a lot of opportunity for advancement or salary increase.
