Pros

Easily the best culture and benefits of any employer I've ever had. They captured magic in a bottle.

Cons

A real lack of direction for what was a once-great brand with so much potential. It was frustrating to see top-down decisions that greatly affected people on the front line -- just a clear lack of... understanding of what was really going on.

Advice to Management

Get in the weeds and see what your people are really dealing with. Figure out the core competencies and build around those.

Pros

There are a lot of great and knowledgable people here. Everyone cares about each other and their focus on the mission of supplying products and services as a Lan Service provider are second to none.

Cons

For me as I do not work at a corporate office and I am in the field there are times I feel out of sight out of mind.

Keep focuing on employee development
