Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Yandex full-time

Pros

Benefits: - medical insurance - free lunch - sport - mortgage for employes

Cons

A lot of cakes on the coffee point.

Former Employee - Web Designer

I worked at Mail.Ru Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Salary is acceptable but the rest is not so good.

Cons

Lack of motivation, very bad middle and top management. Some of managers don't respect employees, intimidate them and stifle initiative. Lots of bright people left the company due to all those things.

Advice to Management

They should start to respect employees somehow.
