"Great culture and people"

Current Employee - Software Engineer

Pros

- People are fantastic to work with, everyone is really nice and supportive - Great work life balance. I have never felt overworked in 4 years, and have not experienced burnout - Well-defined paths... towards senior engineering or management - Profitable company, and not trying to do risky things, so job security is better

- Total compensation is about 20% lower than what I could get with my e
