Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Yodle full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fun, good training, free lunch, solid training, approachable management. Relaxed dress code. Gym and showers on site.

Cons

It can sometimes be a ZOO. Loud, crazy work environment. Free food and sitting all day will make you gain weight so be careful!

Advice to Management

There is a little bit of good ole boy favoritism. Rely to much on scripts. Employees are basically trained Monkeys.

Current Employee - Analyst

I have been working at Ovative/group full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Management cares about your growth as an employee and your career - Some flexibility on the projects you'd like to work on - Good work life balance - Kombucha, Beer, and sparkling water on... tap - Start up culture

Cons

- Lots of ambiguity at times - Lower pay for similar roles at larger companies

Advice to Management

Try to maintain the energy and innovation as the company grows. Keep generating ideas from lower levels. Keep the start up spirit.
