Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Yodle full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fun, good training, free lunch, solid training, approachable management. Relaxed dress code. Gym and showers on site.

Cons

It can sometimes be a ZOO. Loud, crazy work environment. Free food and sitting all day will make you gain weight so be careful!

Advice to Management

There is a little bit of good ole boy favoritism. Rely to much on scripts. Employees are basically trained Monkeys.

Former Intern - B2C Client Development

I worked at Sparxoo for less than a year

Pros

- Extremely talented co-workers - Strong collaboration - Fun atmosphere - Leadership that teaches and helps you grow - Cultivates creativity - Ability to have one-on-one time with co-workers... and leadership throughout the day - Open work space - Beautiful office - Great location - Exciting work

Cons

- Ran out of nerf gun bullets once in an office war

Advice to Management

I cannot say thank you enough to Sparxoo. Continue prioritizing and rewarding your talented staff and I'm sure the success the company has already seen will only grow exponentially.
