I worked at Yodle full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fun, good training, free lunch, solid training, approachable management. Relaxed dress code. Gym and showers on site.

Cons

It can sometimes be a ZOO. Loud, crazy work environment. Free food and sitting all day will make you gain weight so be careful!

Advice to Management

There is a little bit of good ole boy favoritism. Rely to much on scripts. Employees are basically trained Monkeys.

I have been working at Target Logistics full-time for more than a year

Pros

After 13 years of working for different catering companies, I can say Target Logestics treats and takes care of their employees as much as they do their clients. Is 6 weeks long? Yes it is but they... do respect you and treat you very well.

Cons

They pay you every other week as comparison to other catering companies that pay every week. But that is good because you get a check every 2 weeks. Whether it’s 1 small check or the other 2 our 88... hour checks.

Advice to Management

Keep up the awesome work. Make it to were you want your workers to want to come in every day.That positivity is visible by the clients.
