Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Yodle full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fun, good training, free lunch, solid training, approachable management. Relaxed dress code. Gym and showers on site.

Cons

It can sometimes be a ZOO. Loud, crazy work environment. Free food and sitting all day will make you gain weight so be careful!

Advice to Management

There is a little bit of good ole boy favoritism. Rely to much on scripts. Employees are basically trained Monkeys.

Current Employee - Digital Account Coordinator

I have been working at Vivial full-time for more than a year

Pros

AMAZING place to work! Such a family and supportive group of people. I loved working for vivial. Great place to learn, and become an expert in the field of digital marketing. Extensive training

Cons

Not able to forward career and move higher within company
