Current Employee - Team Member

I have been working at Yogurtland part-time for less than a year

Customers are nice. Coworkers and Manager are friendly and helpful. Typical day includes preparing machines, cutting fruit, cleaning, ring up customers.

Cons

Can’t think of any yet

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Yogurtland Australia part-time for more than a year

Pros

Great teams, inspiring leadership team, flexible hours and a collegiate culture. Would definitely recommend working in one of the stores around Sydney.

Cons

The stores in summer can get quite hot, and the possibilities for career progression could be improved with detailed leadership training

Advice to Management

Integrate leadership training into the development of juniors. Building up their skills will benefit your business and create well functioning teams
