Former Employee - Clinical Supervisor

I worked at Youth Villages full-time for more than a year

Pros

I was fortunate enough to have great leadership. When I needed to take care of medical and family needs they did not hesitate to provide me with all the time I needed.

Cons

Of course the pay is not the best and could always do with more.

Former Employee - Certified Medication Aide

I worked at Trillium Family Services full-time for more than a year

Pros

PTO, unionized, fair wages, sanctuary training, safety, and community. Flexible hours. Free lunch. Clients.

Cons

Lack of funding for more benefits. Unprofessional front end swing north cottage supervisors K

Advice to Management

Management is doing a great job and my time at Trillium was rewarding. I truly am going to miss passing meds here as a CMA and working with the clients taught me how to become more empathetic. I... truly believe Trillium’s work in the community is outstanding. Everyone over at health services are the best! If you’re a new CMA this is the place you would want to gain experience.
