If you care about your career development and your mental health don’t work for this company. The only things you will learn are arrogance, politics and disrespectfulness. Far from being a proper... company, just bunch of people running around, caring about their individual achievements, at all levels of the organization. If it wasn’t for investments given by AlTayyar, the company would have failed financially long time ago. Young Leadership, not prepared, working in an unstructured ways, following no practices. Their decisions are based only on opinions, what they think and do today 90% will change next day. No transparency and clarity to the lower levels of the organization. Arrogant and inexperienced middle management including tech, product, data, marketing, commercials, contracts etc. with a lot of nice talks but clueless about how companies are actually built and operated. Very limited professional and life experience while pretending to advice you on every aspect of your professional and personal life. No real culture, values or ethics, just bunch of metrics defined by some consultants at the mother company AlTayyar.
