Ability to speak freely with leadership at all levels and they listen! Ability to manage self and make suggestions and if they are reasonable, allowed to move on them. People really care about each... other and the business.

Cons

We need to strive to determine how we can best communicate across all departments. This is a common challenge at all companies and we are no different. We need to make sure all new hires understand... this and take to heart.
