Pros

Very good internship experience, learned a ton about software sales and obtained an understanding of a very complex product suite.

Cons

Difficult sales process, took a long time to learn but was a good learning experience

Product is awesome - defining the Sales Enablement industry Both CEO and President are legends, such the right balance of strategy v commercial rigour Culture - we employ lovely people only. No... idiots, no ego's and no mavericks Sensible approach to events, expenses, awards and recognition

Cons

None to speak of really. Yes, we are in scale-up phase, uber-growth, lots going on, change of direction now and then. Not always an owner for everything, so we roll our sleeves up and get stuck in.... This creates a little noise, but it also means we're nimble, agile and flexible to get quality work done! But then we didn't join Showpad to sit and wait for things to come to us (like those who've written negative comments). That's not how we're built. We came to make this happen, grab the bull by the horns and be part of something massive...

Advice to Management

The talent you have here is awesome - we will walk through walls for you and our company. Nurture this, nurture us and awesomeness will be ours ;)
