Former Employee - Claims Specialist

I worked at Zurich North America full-time for more than a year

Pros

I had nothing but positive experiences from this company. I started in the trainee program and also interned here. Your experience is largely dependent on your office and supervisors. The... supervisors here were superb and they were all knowledgeable. Management really wants you to succeed no matter what career path you choose.

Cons

The local offices and HQ were often not on the same page.

Advice to Management

Don't be scared to throw more work at the trainees/interns.

Former Intern - Actuarial Intern

I worked at GNY Insurance Companies for less than a year

Pros

Very involved work, you get to work on one project and learn a lot when it comes to pricing

Cons

Not really any cons with the internship

Advice to Management

Keep it up!
