I have been working at CDK Global full-time

Pros

I love working at CDK Global, these are the best colleagues I have ever worked with in my career. Yes, in the past with our previous CEO there were staff reductions, shifting of business strategies..., and it was hard. For those that survived and are THRIVING at CDK this is truly an exciting time at the company with BK's focus & changes. I feel very good about this company and where we are going and I am glad I am a part of it.

Cons

Cant think of a whole lot of cons right now given where we are at and where we are heading organizationally. 1 year ago there would have been a whole list.

Advice to Management

Keep up with transparency and focus on culture and no more mass layoffs.
