I was put down a lot and it ruined my confidence, horrible atmosphere to work in

Advice to Management

Give your staff praise where due, support new staff better with learning their role. Have more empathy for working mothers, be more flexible and understanding to different situations. Give... encouragement to staff, don’t run people down.

-Lots of Responsibility from very early on -Great compensation plans -Amazing office location with very smart people -Great opportunities to advance your career from very early on

Cons

-Very unclear long term strategy -Most of management is not very experienced actually managing/leading people -Lots of unnecessary reporting

Advice to Management

People are excited about this new CEO/Management change. Use it as an opportunity to really change things around and push the Company forward. You say people are your number one priority going... forward: make sure you live up to that!
