Pros

- You get to work with some incredible people who are highly invested in our mission - Interesting work and challenges to solve - Company is established enough to have stability, but small enough... still where any employee can tangibly see the impact they have on the overall success of the company.

Cons

- We have our share of challenges, but the majority are very typical of a scaling company

Continue to improve on communicating the vision and strategy to the company.
