Celebrating with customers everyday, hired my own great team, beautiful product, always something new, felt in control of my own store, no micro-managing, decent paid time off.
A lot of responsibility, worked 75% of weekends, hard to find great employees, technology wasn't always working the way we needed to do our jobs as expected.
Advice to Management
Some locations paid very well and other locations were not in line with demographics of area, celebrate employees in store more, give more bonus potential to management and staff, another key holder... would be very helpful.
