Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at freenet full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

As long as you do as you're told, everything is okay and fine. There's cooffee machines and some nice people and all.

Cons

there's absolutely no regard in pointing out possible problems or bumps in the road - you're just considered a troublemaker. Doesn't matter that exactly those things do come true.

Advice to Management

look into things not only from the "show me the numbers" perspective... number can be (and are) manipulated and every project can be considered a success if you only crunch the numbers long enough.

Former Employee - Sales Manager

I worked at Sprint full-time

Pros

Lovely work environment, felt supported by my team.

Cons

Hitting numbers every month was a struggle when connection in the area wasn’t the best.
