Longevity in the business, values excellent clinical outcomes for patients, tight geographical territory, company car for high mileage employees, great vision for employees and customers, very... rewarding career, encourages clinical development of staff, effective specialty programs. resulting in positive patent experience

Cons

High turnover of clinical staff, CMS requirements lead to moderately high volume of paper work. Time mamagemnet skills is a must, must be a great self starter.

Work on retention practices of clinical staff, consider streamlining onboarding
