"Great company"Aug 14, 2017

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at inVentiv Health full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great company to work for

Cons

Do not have any cons yet

Current Employee - Vice President

I have been working at nThrive full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The company was built through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Because of this, the employee population is extremely diverse and there are many opportunities to learn from peers. Leadership also... comes from different backgrounds so there are always new perspectives being brought to the table. The vision of the company is new and refreshing. Having been in the healthcare field for over a decade, it is exciting to see a new goal.

Cons

Because there are so many remote employees, I wish there were more opportunities to connect in person. Video calling helps, but regional or group events would be helpful.

Advice to Management

Continue to give employees exposure to others that have different backgrounds. There are a lot of products to learn and peer-to-peer learning sessions would be extremely helpful.
