Pros

Family like company Employees are valued in the company Very dynamic and energetic people None or really low competition between employees! it's all about achieving the objectives all together as... a team! Really good place to start your career

Cons

Too few people with good knowledge about how some parts of the company work Sometimes you need to ask people how something work instead of having a documentation

• Full-Remote. A company that's been doing it since day 1 and knows how to handle the down sides of it , which is rare on the market. • Culture based on great values. "Empathy leverage... productivity". Speak-up value, you can express yourself on anything in the company. You can challenge the founders in the middle of the weekly meetings if you'd like. • The manager of the TA team is one of the best I have ever met • Founders are close to their employees, they listen to them and act on it. • Learnings and iterations happen fast

Cons

There is no downsides to me.

Advice to Management

• Don't forget to bring on board some great leaders during the hyper-scale phase we're into.
