Adapt Integrated Health Care is committed to fostering an environment that is safe, welcoming and responsive to employees and clients of all backgrounds. To this end, Adapt sponsors the CLAS (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services) committee and a number of Employee Resource Groups.
The CLAS Committee is comprised of representatives of different departments and programs that have a vested interest in developing the cultural competence of Adapt and our employees. The committee:
