Employee Resource Groups
Keck Medicine of USC strives to foster a culture of safety, recognition and inclusion in the workplace. To help with these efforts, we have seven Employee Resource Groups within Keck Medicine. These are voluntary groups, led entirely by employees, with a goal of helping employees connect with each other through common demographics, backgrounds and interests.
