DEI Programs & Initiatives at National Security Agency
NSA strives to create an inclusive work environment where diversity is an imperative strategic mission. NSA’s Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Office develops corporate strategies to ensure diversity and inclusion are key contributors to mission success.
The office’s mission to promote an inclusive workplace environment at NSA includes the creation of 11 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which work collectively across NSA to champion diversity and provide leadership opportunities for members, advise NSA leadership on topics of interest to the workforce and serve as a resource for NSA civilian
