DEI Programs & Initiatives at Spectrum Brands
At Spectrum Brands, our mission is to make living better at home for all. We strive for a workplace in which individuals can bring their diverse experiences, backgrounds and cultures.
Recognizing that our DEI journey can be challenging and requires outside expertise, we partnered with a third-party consultant with expertise in this area to speed up the change process. We worked with our consultant to conduct a thorough study, including surveys, focus groups and one-to-one consultations. We listened to employees at all levels to learn how our organization can better reflect a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
