Management doesn't listen or work together. Too understaffed to get the work done. The management that does care work themselves to the bone and get nothing for it. Benefits are garbage

24/7 on call. Not enough drivers. High turnover rate.

Decent pay is only thing but not guarantee

Management, atmosphere, training, and management again!

Advice to Management

Please do not consider a job here, management is terrible, everyone is treated poorly and the atmosphere is toxic. You never know when its your turn to be berated or accused of something. If you have ever followed the advice of one of these reviews, let it be this one. I promise you.

How are senior leaders perceived at 10 Roads Express?

Pros

None. People are bailing from a failing company

Cons

Six day a week work schedule. Upper management does not care what middle management does. And this is why there is a revolving door for the drivers and management. Almost to the point where there will be no company drivers, and there will be all broker driver that are not dependable.

Advice to Management

Upper management, you NEED to contact your terminal management once in a while. See what they have to say about how things are going. You have a big problem, especially with your Homewood managers that oversee the regions.

Upper management does not care what middle management does.
