Managers and Team Leaders don’t give enough enough to their staff. You’re literally not allowed to go and SPEAK to the customer care manager if you have a question and your team leaders are in a meeting and not available. That being said even if they are there they rarely don’t care! They mark all your calls down and pick out the slightest problems. It’s no wonder that the turnover in staff is so high with people leaving and getting fired for the most stupid things. Also they say if you need to talk to them you can but if you bring something to their attention they basically just pawn you off ! No one I started with is working there anymore.
Stay clear and don’t bother, you won’t be there long ! You will either be sacked for something so minimal or leave on your own accord.
