Pros

The work life balance is pretty ok (mostly due to Covid limiting certain things). The administration is average and my supervisor is pretty cool.

Cons

Deadlines move frequently. We work with various partners and communication could be better. The pay isn't the best but far from the worst, so I guess about average, you may need a second job though depending on where you live.

Pros

-A lot of nonprofits really struggle to deliver on their programs, but A New Leaf is able to get the resources needed to do the job. -The people that work here are good people. That's the best part -Generous vacation time if you stick around -Fight for good compensation and you can get it, just be direct with your supervisor

Cons

They struggle with staffing, and sometimes program management because of how diverse they are. But given how good they do compared to other nonprofits, it's definitely forgivable.

Advice to Management

Focus in on key strengths as an organization and invest more in the culture of the organization. They're your strongest assets.
