Does Abercrombie & Fitch offer family leave?

Cons

Company culture is very geared towards micromanaging their staff. They encourage higher management to develop relationships with part-time employees for the sole purpose of "reporting back" to GM's later on. This makes the teenager that works at our clothing store feel special and entitled and leads to strained relationships between management and these young kids. It is awful.

Advice to Management

It would be a good idea to have actual open communication between management. Help teams of managers build trust with one another instead of pursuing this type of back door, sneaky way of getting information.
