Pros

Some genuinely great people to work and hang out with within and outside the office. There were also free coffee and free food sometimes.

Cons

The company should be ashamed of pretending to have a "Learning and Development" department. Doesn't matter though, since you're only expected to work on the back-office paper pushing, with no or little training that is needed.

Direct some resources to your talents. Invest in them, give them the pay that they deserved and the training that they need to improve themselves, and therefore, they can contribute to the success of the company.
