Pros
Some genuinely great people to work and hang out with within and outside the office. There were also free coffee and free food sometimes.
Cons
The company should be ashamed of pretending to have a "Learning and Development" department. Once you're in, you'll be expected to attend some cookie-cutter training that teaches you no industry skills whatsoever.
