What kind of career opportunities exist at Ace Cash Express?

Lots of opportunity for growth and development!

The new parking garage can fill up quickly and the cafe in the building only serves breakfast on Fridays!

What is the feeling of job security at Ace Cash Express?
Pros
Easy going job. Alot of down time throughout the day. So if you are a student you can get some studying done or homework finished.
Cons
Opening and Closing shifts were not fun. It would be left to only one person per store to close and open so safety was an issue. Also last person to stay at night often got busy and didn't end up getting out of the store on time. This i would say is more of a temporary job not really a career. Not much room to advance in the company.
Advice to Management
Need to work on safety issues, and also let more than one person open/close.
