It’s flexible and you can work another job if you have to or go to school.

Cons

They do not offer any type of benefits unless you are full time.

Advice to Management

Should pay more money and reimburse for mileage.

What are co-workers like at Acute Home Healthcare?

Pros

If you're willing to drive plenty, they have the cases for you. Fair pay

Cons

No mileage reimbursement. You're told at orientation to be kind to head intake, but she can be rude in return. RNs are a dime a dozen to her. Limited respect for travel limits.

Advice to Management

Quality RNs should treated as such. Reorient your staff to the value of good RNs. They wouldn't have jobs if we weren't there. You will continue to lose the best if you continue down your current path.
