Pros
Average pay rate Easy hire
Cons
No specific contact person, they won’t give you a raise, doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with the company and you won’t get holiday pay or paid time off. Not a good company to work for if you are on an extended contract.

Pros
None that I can tell right now after a year of being thrown around the company and constant change.
Cons
Constant change, no proper training, they lie about being full time keep you as an IHA . When you are IHA they will not pay for your PTO and all the good stuff a normal employee gets and save money for themselves, They life to their clients, never have proper training and things always change.
Advice to Management
They say they are "straightforward" and "honest" after a whole year I am still an IHA I work so hard and get nothing back.

Pros
Benefits and PTO are decent compared to other staffing companies
Cons
For profit organization, they do not care about the people anymore and their current transformation is only benefiting one group of individuals. People that dedicated their lives to this company were packaged out and the "open opportunities" were only communicated to avoid any issues with HR, the company knew who was going to be favored. Tenured employees are constantly stating that this is not the same company they once knew. They are too focused on being the #1 Staffing provider again that they have lost their way. Randstad is beating them in several markets because they put their people first. It will not be long until the recent organizational changes backfire on them.
Advice to Management
Put your people first and stop saying that you do. Truly dig deep down to your most tenured people and see what is going on.
